Welcome to the BT BizBox blog. BT BizBox has been developed in partnership with Tierlinear Web applications and provides a fully integrated web based set of business productivity tools.
BT BizBox was launched in August 2007 and we have been continually building functionality in our CRM solution including Customer management, Contact management, Timesheets, Customer Quoting & Invoicing, Employee tasklists, Calendaring and scheduling, Document Management, Meeting management and minute taking.
I’m Sarah and I am part of the BT BizBox team. I have worked in the telecommunications market for 10 years. I have been involved in the evolution of the broadband marketplace and am now loving working on web applications.
As you know BT BizBox is being developed based on your feedback I will use this blog to update you on the developments within BT BizBox and I encourage you to provide us with your feedback. The team will also be publishing industry articles, which I hope will help you in your business and stimulate debate across our user base.
